​ Alyvia graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in May 2024 with a master's degree in civil engineering with a specialization in earthquake and structural engineering. They now work at Linchpin Structural Engineering as a Project Engineer where they design structures for various residential and commercial projects around the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Alyvia was involved in the student ASCE chapter at UNR for the six years that they attended, and participated in the concrete canoe and steel bridge teams as well as holding an officer position for the chapter. Since graduating, they now are getting more involved with the local YMF chapter by becoming a board member. In their free time, Alyvia likes to play ultimate frisbee, rock climb, go to concerts, and make art.​
